This machine form and cut the wedge for stators. It can cut, form, heat wedge. Wedge feeding length, and cutting speed can be programmable in HMI. It adopts a double row mould for wedge cutting. Wedge feeding is controlled by servo motor.

in theory the automatic wedge forming machine can only form DMD paper below thickness 0.35mm,
The wedge should be heated on machine before formed,
Your wedge is NMN with 0.51mm and too hard to be formed by basic WIND-200-WF
You need the advance forming machine WIND-300-WF
