Working process

1. Fix the stator (work piece) in the fixture, then put it inside the inductorium

2. Power on the machine, then the induction heater automatically begin working,

the heat time could be set, when set time is reach heater automatically stop,

Normally the heater time is 10s

3. Fetch out the fixture,then dip both side in the power coating station,

the stator is hot, and the fixture is in normal temperature and won’t burn you

4. Dip the fixture in the power coating station both side, the dipping time is

depened on stator stack thickness and powder’s character,

For example,normally one side is 3s, then the other side 2s

5. After dipping, disassemble the fixture clean the fixture using a airgun to

remove the remain power when necessary

6. Collect and put the stators into oven( the machine didn’t have a oven with it),

the oven temperature need reach to 180~200℃ (depended on powder’s character),

keep that temperature for more than 30 minutes


1. Machine is composed of heating,powder coating,powder cleaner and powder recycle system with nice

appearance and reasonable configuration,

the machine frame is made of 1.2mm A3 steel plate

2. High frequency indution heater have the advantage of fast heating, low energy, safety and reliability

3. Air blowing ensure well done in cleaning fixtures

4. Cooling on high frequency induction heater is freezing style water cooler tank, it is well cooling
